Video Instruction
The Chat support feature can make communications more convenient and easier. Users may get corresponding guides via Answer Bot, or chat with the SCAN online agents one-to-one via Live Chat as needed to have the inquiries resolved efficiently.
聊天工具可以使沟通更加高效和便捷。用户可以通过”Answer Bot-智能机器人”获得相应的指南,或者根据需要通过“Live Chat-实时聊天”与SCAN客服进行一对一的沟通,有效的解决问题。
Feature 1: Answer Bot (功能1: 智能机器人)
1. Click on the “Chat” icon in lower-left portion of the system page to open the chat window.
单击系统页面左下角的“聊天”图标打开聊天窗口。
2. Key in the key word of your inquiry in the message box, such as CAPA, Language, report, then hit “Enter” to send the message. (Please use short keywords and avoid sentences).
在消息框中输入您查询的关键词,如CAPA、语言、报告,然后点击“回车”发送消息 (请使用简短的关键词,避免使用句子)。
3. Recommended training/guide articles and videos will show up based on the entered key word. You can then click on the link of the articles to review the details.
推荐的培训/指南文章和视频将根据输入的关键词显示,您可以单击文章链接查看详细信息。
Feature 2: Live Chat (功能2: 实时在线交谈)
1. When your inquiry cannot be resolved by the Answer Bot, click on the “Get in Touch” button and then “Live Chat”.
当智能机器人无法解决您的问题时,单击“联系”按钮,然后单击“实时在线交谈”。
2. Key in the required information in each field, choose “SCAN Support” by default as the department.
在每个字段中输入所需信息,请选择“SCAN Support”作为部门。
3. Enter your inquiry in the message box and click “Start chat”.
在消息框中输入您的疑问,然后单击“开始在线交谈”。
4. The system will assign an online SCAN agent to start the chat with you.
系统将分配一名在线客服与您联系。
5. Click on the “End chat” icon in lower-right portion of the chat window after your inquiry is resolved.
当疑问解决后,您可在聊天窗口右下角单击“结束在线交谈”图标。
