SCAN: Review and Download SCAN Report | 查看以及下载SCAN审核报告

Important to Note: If your CAPAs are not reviewed and approved by SCAN, you will not be able to download a copy of the PDF report from the system.

Please follow below instructions on how to review the report online or download it after all CAPAs are reviewed and approved. 

请按照下面说明，了解如何在所以CAPA 均已通过SCAN的审核与批准后，如何在线查看或者下载报告。

1. Login Connect Screen Supplier system (https://www.scrisksolutions.com) .

登录Connect SCREEN系统 (https://www.scrisksolutions.com)。

2. Put your mouse on Reports token to trigger Business Partner History Report option, click it and hit Search button directly to find the report options.

• If the report is submitted three years ago, click on “Audit Submitted Date” field, clear the date range, and search again.
• If there's no response after you click "Business Partner History Report", please clear the caches of your browser and try again.

 将光标放在“报告”图标上，触发 “业务合作伙伴历史记录报告” 选项，点击选项并直接点击 “搜索” 按钮，以找到报告选项。

• 如果报告是三年前提交的，请单击 "审核提交日期”，清除日期范围，然后再次搜索。
• 如果单击“业务伙伴历史报告”后没有反应，请清除浏览器的缓存后重试。 

3. Put the cursor in any area of the search result row and Right-Click to trigger the report options. Click on Report Versions to review all report versions. This example shows the initial audit as well as the audit after CAPAs. The top version is the final report with CAPA included, the last version is original report. Click the icon in Location Audit Report column to view report online.

4. Methods to download the audit report 

Method 1

Click on Export to PDF button in the upper-right portion of the report page to download the report.

Method 2

Click the icon in Attachment column to download a zip file which contains a copy of the needed report.
