SCAN CAPA Completion and Submission Guidance | SCAN审核预防纠正措施操作指南

1. Login Connect SCREEN Supplier (CSS) system (https://www.scrisksolutions.com), and click the icon circled below to enter the "Pending Activities" page. Your email address is always your username within Connect Screen Supplier (CSS). (如需中文指引请下拉到最后）

2. Then click Complete CAPA to enter the CAPA page.

3. Go and check point 4 if you can find the CAPA task without issue. If no task appears in your Pending Activities, please click Switch Account in the drop-down next to your account name. Click the location name you wish to move forward as. Make sure the Corporate Member is SCAN - Supplier Compliance Audit Network.

4. Any questions with a yellow square on the left require action. Please provide the required information (Option, comments, attachment) indicated in the yellow bar until it turns green, which means this CAPA is complete.           

5. Once ALL questions with green squares, click on Select to Submit on the right to light up the Submit button for all CAPAs, then submit toward the top right corner, and confirm the action. After submitting your CAPAs, there will be no task for this audit on the Pending Activities page. 

Remarks:                                                                                                   

• “Due” refers to the CAPA due date or deadline for CAPA submission. (2023/01/03 for the below example). 
• Click on the “Timer” icon, and a small window will pop out showing the previous response, which contains the original selection(s) and comments provided by the audit submitter. 
• Click on "Right-arrow" next to the question Category to go to the next page.

1. 登录 Connect Screen Supplier (https://www.scrisksolutions.com) 系统，点击登陆界面上圈出的图标如下，进入"待办任务”页面 。您登陆 Connect Screen Supplier（CSS）的用户名始终是您的电子邮箱地址。

2. 然后请点击“完整 CAPA" 以进入CAPA 改善页面。

3. 如果在"待办任务"下看不到任务，因为您可能可以访问多个工厂账户，你需要通过 "切换配置文件" 选择要完成待办任务的对应工厂，表格将显示可供您选择的工厂名称。点击您后续所需要的工厂名称, 确保公司会员是 SCAN - Supplier Compliance Audit Network。

4. 每个问题左侧的黄色方框会显示出需要您提供的信息，请确保所有圈出的要求信息均有提供，如选项/文字评论，以及添加附件。直到黄色方框变为绿色，说明这个CAPA 问题已经完成。

5. 当所有问题的颜色方框变成绿色，点击每个 CAPA 问题右侧"选择提交", 使其变成绿色, 然后点击页面右上角的"提交"按钮提交，并确认操作。提交 CAPA 后，“待办任务” 中不再显示有任何任务。

备注：

• “Due” 是指 CAPA 到期日或提交 CAPA 的截止日期。本示例的 CAPA 到期日为 2023/01/03。
• 单击状态旁的“计时器”图标，将弹出一个小窗口，显示以前的 CAPA 响应，其中包含审计提交人提供的原始选项和注释。
• 单击问题类别旁边的"右箭头"将转到下一类别的 CAPA 问题。
