Cannot Find CAPA Task in Connect SCREEN / 无法查看CAPA任务

1. If you are the contact person for multiple sites/locations, or requested to complete an audit/CAPA for more than one buyer/customer, you will need to select which location to complete the audit/CAPA. Please click your user name on the upper right portion of the portal, then select "Switch Profile".

2. The grid will populate with your location choices, please "Select" the location you wish to move forward as. You may also click "Make Default" to select one location as the default.

Note: Your “Actions Required” column will indicate whether any of your locations have a task or audit waiting to be completed in your Pending Activities.

1. 如果您是多个企业/工厂的联系人，或被要求为多个买家/客户完成审计，则需要选择有待办任务的对应工厂。请点击系统界面右上角用户名，然后选择“Switch Profile/切换配置文件"。

2. 表格将显示可供您选择的工厂名称，请点击”Select/选择“，选中您需要的工厂名称。您也可点击“Make Default/设为默认”选择其中一个工厂作为默认设置。

备注：红色的“Actions Required/必须提供操作”表明您的工厂有正待完成的任务或审计。
